Refund Policy
Simple rules: nothing is charged during the alpha, you can cancel whenever you like, and if the first month isn't for you, ask within 7 days for your money back.
During the alpha
RipClip is free in alpha. We don't take payment details, so there is nothing to refund.
Free trial
- The 7-day free trial of the Creator plan costs nothing. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged at all.
- If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken on day 8 and the refund rules below apply to it from then on.
Cancelling
- Cancel at any time with Manage plan on your Dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- You keep full access until then. There is no cancellation fee.
Refunds
- First payment: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.
- Long outages: if RipClip is unavailable for more than 3 days in a row, we credit or refund that part of your month on request.
- Other cases: a monthly payment isn't otherwise refunded once the month has started, but you can cancel so the next one isn't taken.
If you live in the EU or the UK
You have a legal right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. If you ask RipClip to start straight away and use it during those 14 days, the law lets us deduct the part of the month you've used. Our 7-day full refund on the first payment applies on top of that where it's better for you.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
